    I have leased a copier from Systel for the past 3 years and I have had issues with their accounting department since day one. I even added another printer to my account and when it didn't work out, it took 2 cycles to correct the billing. The company came and changed out the 2nd printer and it didn't work either. I was even charged for the copies that the service tech used when they would come to fix my issues. This process to delete the 2 other printers took 2 mos to get correct in billing. When I contacted the company in reference to the bill, they didn't know that I no longer had both printers. It took up to 6 months to get a corrected invoice due to the fact that I would have to wait on someone else to return before the matter was resolved. Also, my credit card was used to pay someone else's account. Now I have been charged $5,000 additional that was not charged initially. I paid the invoices I received. Then I get an invoice that stated they left off other fees, and I am expected to pay for their mistake as well as pay the current invoice. I don't believe that I should pay for the errors in the billing department. I only want to pay the current charges.

    I have left 3 messages since January 9, 2023 for ************** to try to understand her complaint and what would be an agreeable billing adjustment for her as requested in the complaint. However I have not received any return call from her. I will continue to try and update the complaint notes accordingly.
