5 starsI have been receiving services for a year with Ms.******. Ms.****** is very informative, compassionate and genuinely concerned about my mental health. Ms.****** goes out of her way to provide resources to help in my daily situations.

5 starsThis was my first therapy experience. If you are thinking about doing it, DO IT. It has been a great experience where I have learned to implement techniques now and continue to utilize them in the future as I grow. Ms. ***** takes an action oriented approach which really challenged me in ways I needed. I truly believed she wanted me to succeed and reach my goals that I set in our initial meeting. Knowing I had someone in my corner really helped to elevate my experience into new growth. I loved the resources she was able to provide to me. Being a person who is very introverted and would rather listen than talk, the resources she provided helped me to think deeply within our sessions and continue to have thought provoking resources on my own time. I'm very grateful and blessed to have been able to receive Ms. ******* services and support. She is the deep breath of air and empowerment I needed to achieve my results.

I'm an African ******** Male that was trying therapy for the first time and ************** is a therapist that others should epitomize. She cares about what my goals are for counseling and dealing with life stressors to then transition to the happiness and adventures in my life. I never thought I would enjoy therapy so much, but it has truly brought moments in my life when I'm heard and understood. She does care and her work ethic during the counseling sessions displays it. A true professional in the business of therapy. Highly recommended that others seek her counseling.

Ms. Brown has been a savior to me. She has brought me through some of my hardest times. She continues to give me homework and resources to help me to put one foot in front of the other everyday. She doesn't judge me for what I have done or what I am going through with my family. She is always positive and even when you're struggling she can always bring light of a situation. Ms. Brown has really helped me move forward in dealing with my depression and anxiety issues. Her action-oriented approach is different from other counselors I have seen in the past so at first I was hesitant. However, I realized that perhaps that is what I have really needed so I have continued seeing her. As a result I feel that, with her, I am exploring things I have not before.
