    I had a contract with *** koons To do my insulation, siding, and roof as well as enclose my crawl space. ******* never was vented, and all the vents to the home were covered. my metal break on home was never finish. His guys dis **** worth of damaged to a brand new hvac system that was just installed. All the headers for the windows they installed didnt have plywood in the center as well as a main support beam holding up the second floor. Also the insulation was never blocked or properly vented at the vents on ends of of the roof. Couple of the vents in crawl space have fallen out. I have no ridge cap vent on ******* that was in the contract. All the nails used for my metal break are already rusting

    We strongly disagree with the statements that have been made. ************* and I agreed on 10/20/2023 that that i would forgive the amount owed on invoice #**** for $**** for all unfinished work and imperfections. Our company lost money trying to help. We didnt charge for many items. The fact is that we didnt receive any money up front or during the entire project, until 5 days after the settlement. I fired the person in charge of the project. We no longer do construction. That division was shut down.  Again we settled for **** forgiveness of invoice # **** For All unfinished work and imperfections.

    I am rejecting this response because: all the work that was involved in the **** wasnt even completed and what was completed had to be ripped out and redone at my expense. The beams that your contractor installed were hollow in the center and useless. The window headers on exterior wall also useless. The work that was for that **** was the stairs the 2 doorways 2 lvls and one beam downstairs. The doorsways were not finished or even done correctly so those had to be removed. The main support beam down stairs same thing not done correctly and replaced the only thing that  i didn't have yo redo was the lvls in 2nd floor. The roof venting was in contract the windows with headers thats had no plywood in center. The metal break not staying on and not finished. The insulation doesn't have barrier against the ends of my roof and now covers the vents along the edges of my entire attic area. This job was originally ***** yes i was given **** off but im well over that to correct all of these is***s. Koons was not paid upfront because thats what he told me in the beginning. The contractor was not fired 5 days after but *** Koons removed him on the spot at my house the day he was paid and then never completed all the other stuff that he was paid for. Also my hvac was damaged during the removal of siding and ************ plumbing and heating gave me a price of **** to fix unit and redo the lines going to the second floor for unit as well as attached the duck work back up in the ceiling of the attic. All of this is well over ****. When i first hired them i felt as though they were professional but when the owner of the company is talking with me on the phone and yelling at me because blantons representative is explaining the damage his crew did and repeatedly saying to *** him over and over and then hangs up! This is not a professional business in my opinion
