This place is all about seeing how much they can charge you before they tell you your pet was no longer alive. Took my pregnant yorkiePoo here. First they quoted me an amount and stated that would be the fee for coming in and being seen. So really I dont know what that $150 covers. They also did an U/S on her and failed to tell me it cost $380. Then they take my dog and place us in some room. I was thinking when are they gonna bring my dog in but they never did. The workers were wanting me to get approved for scratch pay which I was approved at an almost 300% interest rate. No way!! So I spoke with a representative about a type of pet insurance that becomes effective as soon as first payment is completed. I asked them if this would be sufficient and they said no because it takes 12 days. 12 days? So even tho they know the payment will be to them in 12 days they want the payment right now and will have it no other way. The next time I saw the doctor he popped his head in to tell us my dog was no longer breathing. What?? When they assumed care of my dog she was in absolutely no distress. She was not lethargic, she was moving around and even walking. She just needed some assistance in getting her puppies out. I cant believe these ppl are even allowed to practice. Apparently my dog was left to die alone. I am so livid. Then had the audacity to call me at 2am to ask about the $380 X-ray fee they never said anything about. These arent vets these are clowns only worried about money. They let my dog die because they had to wait 12 days for payment. No because they wouldnt even consider that payment option. Only **********. Ironically when they found out we were not gonna take that option my dog suddenly dies with 3 babies in her belly. This place should be shut down. Worst place ever!!! I wouldnt carry my animals here ever again, Ill treat them before I do that. The outcome would be so much better for sure. Just plain sorry and heartless.
