    A pipe burst in our home at a very critical time on or around March 18, 2025. Our plumber (Who was amazing) asked us to search immediiately for a restoration company to mitigate. The plumber stayed with me , we called around and searched ****** based on reviews. A gentleman came out and was very supportive, another gentleman joined him. The first few days the communication was good. I was told the products would be removed and a repair estimate would be provided to get this matter resolved.The company never came to remove the product and the contact never returned my call or reached out. Another person was given access to my home without my knowledge, contacted me and came two days later. I never heard from the original person again. They charged nearly $5100.00 for some fans that ran on my electricity and to remove a small section of sheetrock.A lady begin calling demanding money and saying all the contacts she has and how she was going to handle my claim. I was taken back because I had not had an update or any courtesy since the first day or two.Beware these people are scammers and do not have your best interest at heart. The seem to be concerned with running up a tab and ripping off your insurance than making sure repairs were made and things were done in a manner of excellence! I am highly disappointed ... and am filing appropriate documentation due to the damage they have caused!
