      February 2023, purchase two double pane pieces of glass to replace broken window glass in our home. The glass cost ** approximately $500. They failed to tell us that we would need glazing bead to install the glass that is not available fir purchase....... We called them and asked them if they sold the glazing bead on March 21, 2023. I was told that they do not sell the glazing bead. I asked them that they repair. Window glass they'll come out to your house and repair.... What do they use for the glazing bead and they said they have it but they do not sell it. I told them that that was terrible way to do business and that I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and my attorney ...as that is not the way to do good business to take $500 from customers for window glass and then they have no way to install it. The lady said that she talked to her manager and she said do what you have to do ... Very unprofessional.

      I had told them that it was a wood frame from **** and then it had glass glazing bead part number **** I had to search it out through the Internet finally found it. It cost me $120. they were no help last time I called them. The lady left a message on my answering machine saying that my window didn't need. It certainly does glass can't stay in the window frame without it.
