    Our walls on our stairs and in closets aren't in line with each other (like one side is longer than the other), baseboards are atrocious because they were very badly caulked & not cleaned before spraying with paint, banister for the stairs wasn't entirely painted, had to pay $3k out of pocket to get yard regraded because they messed it up multiple times, caulking in the entire house is awful, heating & cooling is super inconsistent throughout the house, the entire house shakes when the garage opens, door jambs are cut incredibly jagged, large spaces between flooring & base boards, flooring coming up after just 18 months of living in the house, grounding rods sticking out of the ground in the yard, and we've continued to pull up just tons of rebar, doors for the pantry constantly get stuck when trying to open them, huge slabs of concrete, and tons of other trash just left and buried on our lot. They wouldn't take a home inspector report for the one year warranty, and hardly fixed anything/ the things they did fix are already looking bad just 6 months later. Also I brought all of this up to the company when they were doing my 1 year walk through, and they refused to fix anything other than the nail pops, minor paint stuff, dry wall tape, and they fixed some of the uneven flooring. But less than 30 days after they did the "fixes" we had dry wall tape coming off and more nail pops. I could go on & on about the build of these homes, but it's just been an absolute nightmare.
