    Run! This guy is a scam artist. I entered a contract with this guy on June.21.2022 to repair a porch. He completed 2/3 rds. Hasn't been back since. Don't believe him if he leaves the project and says he'll be back, kiss your money goodbye and get ready to find someone else to finish the job. It's Feb.19. 2023. Unprofessional, he'll answer the phone, but he'll never comeback and complete the job.

    I also wish I had seen these reviews before I began dealing with**************. His TTITUDE is just as BAD as his WORK. Licensed and insured ??? he claims. He is a SCAM ARTIST have no idea what he is doing. I hired him to build a screened in patio which was the biggest mistake of my life. He lied about receiving a permit to start the job, a few days later I asked him at what point the inspection is going to take place, he ignored. He continues to stall by making up every excuse he could think off. I begin to realize he had no idea what he was doing after I heard him on the phone asking someone how to put up an "A" frame roof, finally after eight days, a so call frame was erected, a child could have done better. His errors started from the bottom up (Frame not anchored to concrete pad and house properly, framing unstable, incorrect size lumber used, spacing of studs and rafters, every ***** board was of different length, he couldn't do angle cuts mistakes too numerous to mention). Nothing was done up to building code. Finally on day eight I confronted him about several issues, that's where the worst of his BAD ATTITUDE came out, I had to call the Sheriff to remove him from my property. I hired a different contractor that requested a permit and inspection prior to correcting Stive ********* SHADY work. The inspector was not surprised of ***** ********* work because he has heard of this name before. He didn't get a permit because his shady work would not have passed any inspection. This guy will continue to DEFRAUD, LIE and CHEAT if we don't put a stop to him. I'm in the process taking legal action against him for Illegal business practices and Fraud.
