I went to have a post mortem DNA test, a non legal one, but a peace of mind for some issues within the family. I contacted on 1/20/25 and was told that give time to see if everything was good and able to go. On 1/31/2025, she told me everything was good, so therefore I brought my daughter in to be swab. She did tell me that this was her first Post mortem DNA test (but it's listed on there list of services provided), and to at least give 2 weeks. It's is now 2/26/2025, and every since the 1/31, it has been something after another. She finally texted me on 2/21/25 saying I need to sign a paper, so we scheduled for the next day, yes a Saturday, being her business is 24/7. She told me that Saturday that if I would have signed them Friday I would have the results on Saturday, (f.y.i. endeavor laboratories ain't even open on a Saturday to share results) I truly believe she said this, because she had new clients in front of her and she wanted to make herself look good. She then told me I would have them Monday 2/24/25. Near the afternoon time. I reached out by text, two plus hours later she never responded,so I called, and she said it would be Tuesday 2/25/25. I called and texted twice, both numbers of hers and she never responded. As a business,I feel she should answer my calls and messages, especially after I paid 380 Dollars. It's ok after sitting all day thinking about it, and waiting for her to respond, I contacted a lawyer, and I explained the situation. If this lady does not provide me with the answer I paid for, or a update on anything today 2/26/25,I will have no choice but to take legal action. Please no one ever go to this business in regards to a post mortem dna, because she ain't the person to do it. She should have done better research during those 11 days, to have her ducks in a row. She has cost me money, emotional distress as well as my child. I'm highly would never recommend her

With Respect to this client, I have went above and beyond to make sure her needs were meet. I am a collection site, the middle man between the client and lab. The history of this case is she did come in from out town requesting a DNA for her daughter and deceased alleged father. This is not a normal DNA case. Yes I advertise it on my website because it is something I'm capable of providing and I was very honest that out of the year of business, this was my first case like this. She came in for the test and had her daughter swabbed. A lot of the delayed time was our office had to connect with the ************************ which is not local we had to continue to exchange calls to make sure that they had the specimen. The client did not understand this. A professional I have follow chain of custody. Once Medical Examiner before specimen I had to contact my lab which I've never had an issue with and have them to send a kit to ************************ so they they could mail the Specimen back to the lab. This did take several days between the lab and the Medical Examiner. Initially the client told me this was a revenge test. There is a lot of drama between her and the family the deceased so I was told by the lab that we did not need a next of kin signature, once the lab received her specimen they needed a next of kin to fill out the deceased alleged father's part since the ME (Medical Examiner) did not. client initially told me son of deceased would sign, then she called back to explain drama and say he wouldn't that Aunt would sign, then after waiting days for Aunt to sign and return form she tells me Aunt is not going to sign they family is giving her issues that she wanted a refund. I explained to client that once I find out what the lab would charge me for everything that has already been done I would let her know how much I would refund her. The lab had the specimen on hold I explained to the lab what the hold up was so after talking with them, since the test was not legal, they agreed to allow client which is Ex-Wife to decreased to sign the paperwork. Once I got the signature in my office client states "I might be going to jail tonight" then left. The lab is not open on Saturdays but I contacted client and told her if it was signed on Friday they could have had results Friday not Saturday based off of my conversation with lab but since she came Saturday the lab received the paperwork via email Monday when they returned. The test went into processing and I contacted Client and sent screen shot that lab results would be ready Thursday 2/27 per lab. I respect my clients and treat all of them fairly. I have never had a complaint. While I have no ill will against this client I believe that this review is because she is eager to prove the alleged father's family wrong and things are taking longer than she like which is in part due to the inconsistent decisions of someone signing the paperwork that she wants to make my company look bad. I wish her the best in her future endeavors.
