      I shipped a package to ************ and was able to track it on the website at first, then a few days later I was not. I never received a called, nor email from anyone at **** I went into the ************** ************ and attempted to get some assistance. Not one person on the staff could assist and told me only *******, the manager could assist. The workers stated they had no idea when he would return and could not contact him. The asked to take my information and would ask him to contact me. Well, ******* did not. After my calling the *** 800# countless of times, each time I was told I must go back to the **************** I called ******** *** and inform them of what I was going through. The Westwood employee told me quote unquote.. "its not Westwoods responsibility to track down your package that is your responsibility." ****** learn for me, in the future I will go directly to a *** Hub versus a *** Store franchise. The package is suppose to be damage but the contents are not, I want to get my box and not a refund. It seems simple go inside the shop, ship your package but to me this seems more like a smooth robbery because anytime no one will assist in getting your issue resolved then it seems like theft to me. I am not going to rest until I bring awareness to what is surely a common issue of theft. Package missing someone gets the items inside and I'm left with nothing. I've sent several notices to my local news and I surely hope one will conduct a story on how nothing is done when *** packages go missing.

      This package was delivered on 19 December. The package was packed by the customer. The package was damaged in transit by **** We are not **** We are The UPS Store. Once we provide the packages to **** it is out of our hands. She was informed that the package was damaged which delayed the delivery of the package. We contacted *** to make sure they delivered the package in accordance with the customers wishes.

      Shipment was changed in the system from item was damaged to will be delivered on 19 December. Shipment did arrive on 19 December
