    On February 3, 2023 I was in the UPS store about 5;00pm. I was trying to mail a return package back; A *** employees was waiting on me for 2 to 3 minutes; All of a sudden he stop and waited on somebody else; I though that was rude in absurpt, I told a friend of mine who work there the instore.. The store Mgr over heard us and stared to fuzz with me I told her to stay out of it..I ask my friend at the store what is the Assistant Mgr named and the next thing I knew I was BANNED FROM THE STORE CAN SHE BANNED ME FROM THE IF I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT..SHE WAS WRONG HOW CAN SHE BANNED ME FROM THE STORE IF IT WASN'T WASN'T MY FAULT. I CALLED CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS THEY APOLOGIZE FOR THE BAD INCEDENT AND SAID THAT THEY WAS GOING TO DO AN INVESTIGATION AND GET BACK WITH ME BUT NEVER DID, CAN THEY BANNED ME FROM A STORE IF I DID NOTHING WRONG

    Hello,

     

    My Name is ***************************** and I am the manager at this location.  *************** to the incident  that happened with this gentleman on the date in question.   This particular day we were very busy, but we try to give our customer the best service.  One of the associates started to help this gentleman but he could not find what  he needed on his phone so ********** said she would help him.   She works very well with the seniors that come in our store. Once ********** took over with him the young associate who was helping him went to the next set of customers.  I was in the mailroom  sorting mail.  ********** helped this gentlemen get his label printed.  ********** asked the associate to ring him up next for his label and  proceeded to help another customer.    We only have 2 manifest so we have to have customers wait in line to be cashed out. The gentlemen waited to pay for his label.  I overheard him gentlemen the  cahier that I want to speak to that young man before I leave. I do not appreciate what he did.  the cashier look confused.  I was confused.  the cashier looked at me as I  moved closer to the door.  

    The gentlemen waited about 20 minutes due to the customers he started waiting on were shipping 3 packages and were deciding which shipment price they wanted.  The associate finally finished.  and the gentlemen approached the counter.  yelling very loudly telling him  I don't like the way you treated, leaving me to wait on your people, when i come in here don't you do that  again,  do you here me, don't you ever do that again when I come in here again. waiting on your people.  The young man just smiled and shook his head yes and never said a word.  The customers, staff and me looked at each other and said.  What happened?  What was that about?  Nobody knew.   and we just continued on with the day'

    The next morning the gentlemen came in again.  I was sitting at the computer.  He approached the counter and The associate  helped him.  He started to have a conversation with her.  He proceeded to tell her what happened the day before. He did not know I was even at the computer.  He told her what he said to the young man and stated guess what he said to me.  He said he talked back to me, before I let him finish I turned around and stated ,***** was in the mailroom and the young man did not say no words to you.  He got very mad at me. asked me who I was and I told him I was the manager.  And I don't want you coming into the store stating untruths about the staff that not good making those statements to other staff.  He pointed his finger at me, yelling  and getting louder .  He asked the associate who he could report me to.  He continued to yell at me. That is when I asked him to leave and not come back.
