I've never met a more unprofessional company. Purchased a door and it was delivered damaged. Called to report it and was told I was just out of luck and not willing to send new one. 2 different employees hung up on me. I will never purchase anything from here again highly recommend you not purchase anything either. Zero stars from this very unhappy customer!

Im sorry that you had a less than great experience with your recent purchase from **. I pulled your order so that I could review the notes and information. To first address being hung up on, I do apologize for that happening, that is always a last resort; however, my staff is instructed to hang up if a customer begins using offensive language. To address the shipment, when an order is placed for something large like a door that must ship via freight carrier we send out an email once the shipment is ready for the carrier to pick up. This email is titled Important Delivery Instructions. In that email it tells you exactly what is required of the customer upon delivery. These instructions are also on a full sheet of neon yellow paper taped to the front of every freight shipment. When the freight carrier picks up the order from us the driver inspects the shipment and signs accepting the shipment in good condition. They then transport the shipment through the different terminals and eventually deliver the shipment to the customer. When the shipment arrives to you they require you to sign a delivery receipt stating accepted in good condition unless otherwise noted this relieves them of any liability for damage (unless there is damaged noted) since they know it was picked up in good condition and now the end customer has acknowledged by signing that the shipment was delivered in good condition. In the instructions (that we emailed and that are on the front of each shipment) we stress the importance of inspecting the shipment thoroughly BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. Again, I hate that you received a damaged door, but I have the delivery receipt in front of me with your name printed and signed and no notations of damage listed. As the instructions stated Unbox and inspect thoroughly before signing carriers acceptance form signing the acceptance form without notation of damage is accepting the shipment in good condition and negates the ability to file a damage claim. If the damage had been notated or if the shipment had been refused for damage we would be filing a damage claim with the carrier today and shipping a new door. I can offer you a discount on another door purchase if that would help in any way.

Worst customer service when it comes to them giving you something defective or wrong, they are so entitled to only their opinion. If I could give negative starts they would get -5

I apologize if you had a less than pleasant experience at one of our locations. I would like to be able to offer more information but would need to know more about the situation to do that. I do know that there are certain parts/items that we are not allowed to take back and those are all posted in the stores so that customers are aware prior to purchasing those items. Again, I am not sure if that is the issue or not. If you'd like to give me some more information on what happened I will be glad to offer more information on our end. We hope to exceed your expectations in the future.

If I could give a negative 100 I would! These are the worst windows Ive ever purchased. We waited 6 weeks for these double *************. Paid $800 shipping. When they arrived they were all apart. None of them were sealed. The paynes were so thin you could feel the wind through them. I emailed the company. They stated they would give us 20% refund. I stated that was unacceptable. All the windows need to be resealed. None of them should have passed inspection or quality control. Not energy efficient at all They refused anymore and would not let ** return them. We received $200 back. What a joke! NEVER again would I ever buy from them and I would hope nobody else would either. I hope their business closes down. Not good customer service at all. We have a business and I would never treat my customers this way! Now we have to spend $2500 on new windows elsewhere to purchase other windows because these are going to the dump! Very disheartening! Times are tough and money is tight and this is how people treat customers. So sickening!

My apologies that you had an unpleasant experience with our company. Our goal is to please every customer, though we know this is not possible, it is still our goal. Website orders do take a while sometimes but wait time estimates are given at the top of each page of the website so customers are aware prior to placing an order. We aim to ship every order as quickly and safely as possible. Shipping cost is calculated by the freight company. We pass along all freight discounts to our customers to help keep shipping costs to a minimum for you, but yes, 5 -46"x54" windows are required to ship via freight carrier per carrier regulations. You ordered our basic white aluminum windows. Per the pictures you emailed us I did see that the caulk was a bit excessive and a few of the window screens had been pushed in which caused the screen spline to pop out. I apologize for them arriving in this way and efforts have been put in place to hopefully prevent this in the future. We did refund you $205.19 (20%) which is double a typical refund for minor damage or inconvenience, to help compensate for your time removing the excess caulk and reinserting the screen spline. Again, I know this is not something you should have had to do, but the compensation definitely outweighed the effort. I hope that we will exceed your expectations if given the opportunity in the future.
