    My problem with this super 8 is I was charge deposit on the room for my stay. I checked out and was told my deposits would be return in 3 business days.the was a bank holiday on Monday. I called the front dear they told me it had been processed on on super 8!end was told it was on cash apps end. Long story short I was gone about two three weeks try cash apps process took two week and nothing then when back in person and whats told it was took for the room not because the sheets where mess up which is an obvious lie for any one who stayed there.if like the company to act with some integrity and return my

    Super **********************, ***I had booked a room on *******'s website for Monday Sept 30, 24. Amount $100.53.The hotel confirmation came back with the wrong date as Sept. 29th. I quickly called the hotel within 5 mins. to ask them to correct the situation. They refused to help me or talk to me in detail. (I was currently staying in another hotel at a Best Western in *****************, **) They just said i need to have Expedia contact them to resolve the issue. Expedia call them quickly & got nowhere with them.They refused to correct the situation & refused to refund me my money ***** Card). Please read all the reviews for this hotel. It really should be shut down for unethical business practices.Thank You.

    On December 9th 2023 around 7pm , I ********************* checked in to what was advertised as a deluxe king ************ 4) provided by Super 8 Located in ************ ** at **************************************** checking in I paid a $50 deposit for possible damages ( including smoking ) and received room 128 . As soon as I walked in the room i was greeted with the smell of smoke and accompanied with burn marked comforter . Also this was not at ALL the room that was advertised! I immediately returned the front office because this had to be some type of mistake . The receptionist was very rude about my concerns her only suggestion was that I had my children sleep on the floor they could give blankets and acted if she was personally offended by me contacting the third party that I booked through EXPEDIA ! After explaining my concerns to Expedia they found my concerns legitimate enough to do a refund but after being contacted by Expedia customer ********************** (The woman receptionist who refused to do the refund or even give her name or a managers number any point during our interaction or with Expedia ) . Without even checking my concerns about the room I was assigned the receptionist accused me of lying about the number of people who I had staying in the room and called the police to have us put out of the room we had concerns about so we couldnt stay or get the refund . The officers who arrived kindly expressed that this is a regular occurrence with this particular night shift receptionist and suggested we call in the morning for the manager ***** but since it was privately owned property we had to leave . This experience was completely unnerving and unprofessional. Im not usually the leave a bad review type but I feel something should be done so this type of BAD business doesnt happen to anyone else !

    I made a reservation with this motel for the weekend December 9 through December 11th. The room they put me in had roaches in it so I went straight to the front desk and told the lady working her name was *****. So she switched me to another room and that room also had roaches. I went straight back to the front desk and reported this to her and the only thing she offered to do was go sweep the dead roaches out of the room. I asked to speak to a manager and was given all these excuses so I asked for a refund she said she could not give me one. I left because I was not staying in ***** infested rooms it looked nothing like the pictures online. So I called to the motel last night to see if I could speak to someone different and she told me that they would give me my $50 deposit back but not the $143 that it cost for the room. So they are keeping my money for a room I am not staying in and I don't see how they can do that. I called back this morning and whoever answered the phone gave me the run around saying she didn't know when a manager would be in that they were out of town. I just want my money back. They were very rude. It was just horrible all the way around. I even called the reservation help number and they gave me the email for the manager I emailed them and still haven't heard anything back from them.

    The hotel has ceiling tiles falling down, bugs crawling around on the furniture and flies inside the refrigerator. Due to no electricity in ************** ** I came here for a few days stay until power is restored. Booked with Priceline and they choose the hotel as an express deal. Once entering the room and turning on the lights I saw roaches scatter this is disgusting and my skin is itching. Called Priceline they refused to cancel or refund my money

    To whom this may concern, On the date of Nov. 16th 2022. I, ******* ******* and others in the hotel where awaken by a Distrubance of loud shouting and rage of another customer not satisfied with the room...... prompting a quick response from us..... the rest of the clinents and forcing us to flee from the threats that the irritate customer about saying stuff about what he was going to do if he does not 'Get his money back!!!' Banging on the service glass while the office, staff did not call the Police Of Fayetteville, NC XXXXX I had Five more nights on my stay inwhich the staff check my room and returned my $50.00 deposit. All this took place with in two hours of time on the receipt.
