  This individual doesnt not deserve 1 Star!She is a scammer and a thief! I scheduled team photoshoots. She collected money from all the parents. I gave a booking fee of $75 for the photo shoots and I also paid for family pictures which were $230. A day before the scheduled photoshoot, she began to ghost me, then an hour before the appointment, she messaged me with an extravagant excuse. The hardest part of her scam was that I had to face all those parents to inform them we had been taken advantage of. She also sent me texts where she states that her bank account has been frozen. She also stated that she would refund only have of my deposit and I could not get the $75 dollars because thats non-refundable. Please dont trust this person and to be honest only thrust photographer who others have used or photographers you can meet before the appointments and dont pay for service they havent rendered.

  Rachael Cruz Photography, I found her via ******** page and she was recommended by many in the area, but dont let that fool you as it did me. I scheduled two photos sessions with her business in the same day, 10/19/2024 and 11/16/2024. These sessions were scheduled and retainer paid upon request on 09/06/2024. Fast forward to my first scheduled session, 10/19/2024 @ 4:30PM, the photographer cancelled my session at 12:39PM the day of the photography session due to 2 of the 5 scheduled sessions cancelling their session. On this day, I tried to get the photographer to do only a family session since I had paid for services in full and I already had a slot booked, she did not respond to my message until that evening with an excuse. Since then, I have not been able to get a straight answer from the photographer despite reaching out multiple times to re-schedule the session.On Friday, 11/8/2024, I see on two of the many Fort Liberty spouse pages that other families are experiencing the same issue and went public with it. All together, I discovered there are 6 families in the area who are experiencing a similar situation with this photographer. Now here we are 11/11/2024, I finally get a response from the photographer, she agreed she would refund my session fully, equaling $214, but surprise surprise her bank account was frozen and she doesnt have access to her funds to refund the transaction. Come to find out, there are others that worked with her who were promised a refund who also had not received their said refund. This whole situation has been nothing but a hassle for me and the lack of communication is very frustrating. I have tried to be patient and understanding but my patience is exhausted. I 10/10 do not recommend ANYONE work with this photographer. She is a scammer and thief, she is very quick to ask for her money, but is in no hurry to give her services in return. Please, just take your money and spend it elsewhere.

  Im deeply disappointed with my experience with this photographer. She was scheduled to take our team pictures on October 23rd but didnt show up, citing an emergency. While emergencies are understandable, whats not acceptable is that she has yet to refund the money parents paiddespite promising to do so.This isnt the first time Ive heard of her doing this, which makes it even more frustrating. Its unprofessional and unfair to repeatedly fail clients in this way. I cannot recommend her services to anyone based on this experience.
