    I paid for three laser hair removal appointments for the bottom lip, chin and neck. I had a consultation with Dr. ***** on the same day I had the first appointment. Few years ago, i had laser hair removal in this clinic and now the hair started growing back. The Dr. appeared not interested in the consultation, but I just cared about the results after the hair removal so I didn't care. The first appointment was great. All areas were treated. The receptionist confused me during the checkout, asking for a tip. I've never heard a Dr. ****** asking for tips. I tipped the lady and scheduled the next appointment. This morning I had the second appointment. The lady preforming the procedure only did my entire jaw, parts of my chin and touched my neck twice. When asked why she didn't use the machine on my bottom lip, neck and middle of my chin, she said I didn't pay for those areas. I was shocked. I explained that I did pay for those areas and that she did them all on the first appointment. She kept trying to convince me that I didn't pay for that service. I asked for a refund for the unused appointment. I was assured that the doctor will call me today, after the patient she was seeing at the moment. The clinic is now closed and no one called me. I am deeply disappointed with the way I was treated and would not recommend anyone to go to this clinic. The entire experience was awful. I still want my money back for services I did not use.
