    On November 18th 2022 I had work schedule by Flow Rite heating and Air. I paid him $800 to repair the existing HV** gas ** unit. He did not come out that day but I kept on calling and texting him. He finally came out and repaired the existing unit. After he finished repairing it, he told me that the ** compressor was going out and needed replacing. He told me that I needed a new unit and I asked him why he didn't tell that before I spent the money. Around December 26th 2022 I decided to get him to put in a new unit as well as getting someone to do some electrical work that needed to be done to install it. It costed $6,500. He paid the electrician $800. He didn't respond to my texts or calls until January 4th 2023. When he came back to put in a new thermostat, he asked me for an additional $200 to pay the credit card fee that his company didn't want to pay. They did not do a good job or replace any of the duct components under the house like expected. By August 2023 the air conditioning unit was blowing cold air under the house.. I called him to come back out and he charged me $406. He told me that was for 14 inch by 25 ft HV** return line, installation and other supplies he needed. He returned 2 Days later with some tape and decided he was going to tape it up instead. I told him that this was not professional. He got mad and walked off and hasn't returned since. I would like to be reimbursed for the $406 the $200 and the $800 that was lost on the old unit.

    I have not heard from them yet. I saw also hoping they would at least call me. I don't believe they are going to pay me. That's a lot of money I had to pay out to another company. I hope they pay me I always was the one calling, texting,and emailing them.
