Yikes. Lots of lies, work orders take months (if they ever get done). They love to play the blame game though. I will update with a more detailed response.

This person has posted many reviews stating basically the same thing but under 3-4 different names. We cannot find that we have ever conducted business with any of the alias names listed so we cannot say what the actual issue is or what a solution might be for them.

Again, wish we would have read the reviews of this business prior to getting into a lease. Aaims Property Management does not support active duty military personnel which is nothing more than a complete disgrace! First and foremost, communication is abysmal. It's like pulling teeth to get a response from anyone in the office. Emails go unanswered for days, if they're ever answered at all. Phone calls are ignored. It's incredibly frustrating to feel like you're being ignored when you have legitimate concerns about your living situation. And if you go into the office you will be met with the same rude and condescending attitude from the receptionist *****. Upon arrival at the home, it smelled of excessive animal urine with stains all over the carpets. Cat litter embedded in the carpet with piles of litter against base boards. The home was absolutely foul Website states they require tenants to have carpets professionally cleaned. Clearly this was not done! Numerous attempts to contact the office prior to 5pm on Friday including Saturday morning requesting this situation get resolved so we could move in our furniture were completely ignored when movers arrived on Saturday morning. Unable to move furniture in home due to negligence of Aaims Property Management and complete incompetence of property manager ********. Additionally, we will be following up with housing at Ft. Liberty to ensure other military personnel do not rent from this management company and experience the same level of incompetence including numerous social media sites. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering renting from Aaims Property Management to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and frustration of dealing with their incompetence. Trust me, you'll thank yourself later.

The customer rented the ********************** assuming no pets had ever lived in the home which was important to them because their child is highly allergic. This was not the case. Unfortunately, the home did have pet hair and dander in the home even after having the carpets cleaned twice prior to their move in. This was missed by our staff. They moved in 30 minutes prior to closing for the weekend on a Friday afternoon. There were no property managers available on the weekend to help them with their concerns. On Monday we sent another cleaning team out and carpet cleaners Tuesday morning, however, this did not suffice for the customers due to the allergies of their young child. The tenants were relieved of all responsibility of the lease agreement, refunded all monies and allowed to find alternate housing without any consequence to them. Unfortunately, the unanswered emails the customer is referring to were sent during the time we were closed for the weekend. They were addressed on Monday morning first thing and communication and follow up was constant until the resolution was reached. This was all handled very quickly and to satisfaction as soon as we opened for business on Monday. Some of the allegations in this review are completely false. Aaims Property Management has been proudly serving our military longer than this customer has been alive and will continue to do so for many years to come. Again, communication was constant and timely throughout until resolution was achieved. We hope the customer would reconsider this review and perhaps post a more accurate review.
