      I should not even leave 1 start but 0 is not an option. I have been calling for months letting them know that not only mine but my neighbors trash is not regularly picked up. It has been at least 3 weeks since someone has came to pick it up. When I finally got someone on the phone after multiple tries and no answers the owner ***** I believe was her name was so nasty and rude to me stating that she had already told someone else on my road that our trash would not be picked up unless the dip in the road was fixed. First off I have my own bill so you should be letting me know that, second that dip has been in the same spot for literally the *************************************************************************************************************************************** but not pick up my trash. I would not be so upset had their been the proper channels of information and had the lady I spoke to had some compassion but not only was she nasty, she rudely told me to hold on and then hung up on me and would not answer when I called back. Also on the same day I called their was a pickup truck with their logo that was taking photos in front of my house that I asked her about and she told me no there was not! I saw them with my own eyes so when I pressed further she says I have no idea what they are doing how I am supposed to know what they do? UMM because they are your employee?? I am so frustrated and just genuinely wanted some answers as to what was going on and this is the treatment I recieved by the ********** PLEASE DO BETTER !! AND IF NOT FIND SOMEONE WITH SOME COMPASSION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
