    Terrible experience! I contacted ***** for a logo before my Grand opening. He agreed it'll be ready to go beforehand but he came the day of my Grand opening. The sizing for my logo was wrong and not what I expected. The other decal was put on crocked but I left it alone. He told me to pay him the balance and he would be out that weekend to fix the logo but never showed up. This was all back in July. The communication has been horrible! I have to call/text over and over to see when he will complete the job. He tells me he will come one day and never shows. Doesn't even have the respect to let me know he won't make it. I've waited almost 2 months for my new logo and received nothing but a headache and waste of money. I did ask for refund and never received it. As a business owner I feel that customer satisfaction should be top priority!
