    Date 4/8/2023,I sent my son to pay my storage bill of $151.however he was told that the bill bill was $459.20 which it states 39 days late which is not true it was paid last month and I know for sure payment was taken out of my account 2/1/2023 and when I tried talking to the female manager she was very nasty she told my son jaylen its $150 extra I just want to pay my regular and someone needs to speak to that manager because Im sure she done this before one other thing I alway pay my bills early every month and I had another storage for over 10 years and never had a problem

    We have explained the balance due and the status of account as per the lease.

     We have acted in good faith according to the lease, and have communicated to the tenant to the best of out ability how to resolve the matter and stay in lease compliance.
