    On August 8th, 2023, I scheduled an appointment for August 13th, 2023 at 1:30pm. On the day of my appointment, my husband and I arrived exactly at 1:30pm. Upon entering the office, we were not greeted, there was no one around but a camera and it wasnt until 1:52pm when the appointment after me (2pm) arrived, that I decided to call the contact number to see if they had forgotten about our appointment. While on the phone call (which is apparently their branch location) the ultrasound tech came out of the room with another couple that was scheduled for 1pm but arrived at 1:20pm. She apologized to us and the next appointment and took us right back after payment. We inquired about a late policy (as it is not fair for those of us that are on time to our appts to wait) and they dont have one in place. The ulrrasound mentioned that unfortunately she doesnt make her own schedule, they (the branch location) does, and they always book her with barely any room in between appts to give her space for those that are late.Fast forward to our appt, the package we purchased (amongst other things) included an 8k image. Before leaving, we were told the image would be sent directly to us by text or email within 5-7business days. On or about the 30th of August, I called but my phone call was not answered. I then went online and filled out the contact me form that they offer. I explained that it had been over the time allotted and I still have not received the 8k image we paid for. I was not contacted by anyone. It is now September 10th, 2023. I called again today, but my phone call was not answered. I again submitted a contact me form online. Im seeking a refund for inconvenience, lack of communication and poor service. I dont see a point in receiving an image that I should have received over 4 weeks ago , especially now that I am just a week from giving birth.

    I paid for a 8K ultrasound, the 8K ultrasound does not look like my 3D ultrasound of my baby, I sealed for a refund of 25$ and the company offered nothing but excuses and apologies. The baby they sent does not look like the baby my baby.
