    . I attended one of the haymount urgent cares drive thru covid screenings 3 times. The dates of 8-24-2021,10-01-2021, and 1-8-2022. I waited for hours to be swabbed and talked to a nurse of some sort for about 10 minutes maybe. Then we are on our way to be forgotten about sure that insurance covered it all. Now November 2023 rolls around I got a call from a collection saying I owed a place ***** they couldn't tell me for when or who I said well if you can give me some information, they you call me back. A few days after November i received a account disclosure from IC systems. It shows the dates I got covid tests and gives my paperwork through the drive thru with insurance CORRECT address and phone number. I start calling the haymount urgent care to never get an answer if I did it was put on hold to be hung up or put on hold said they are looking into it and hung up. Finally, now after more than 70 + phone calls to them and insurance etc I have no answers and haymount building is now locked with chain and lock with a note landlord taken possession with no forwarding information not even on the website. I have called all numbers and emailed billing department etc and the main line goes directly to user busy. They never once called, emailed, sent any information to us to try and solve this instead 2 years later sent to collections WITHOUT trying to settle payment with me. The system above also reported now 2 times to my credit. I have information to get this reprocessed through insurance and get the items paid but they won't answer and it's getting to the point where it will be passed the timely manner filling and nothing can be done. The ****************************** office has made this all a nightmare that could have been solved relatively easily if they actually reached out to address this issue like a normal drs office would. They also have false information in paperwork sent to debt collectors about claim numbers with payments I have received.

    In August of 2020, my son and I were tested by a technician from Haymount Urgent Care for COVID. I provided them my insurance card and identification. I was told that they would bill my insurance. In late November of 2023, I began receiving calls from IC systems requesting that I owed $1273 to Haymount urgent care. They said my insurance was not billed. They started to request that I provide them with my personal health insurance information on the phone. I told them that I would contact Haymount Urgent Care for an invoice. I have called numerous times and no one answers and the mailbox is full. I drove by the clinic and it appears to closed. I have read many complaints online about this business. I am hoping to have this removed from my credit and I feel like this business should be investigated.

    Not sure of the date, but approximately three years ago I took a ***** test at a drive-up testing station in ************, **. I had insurance and provided it to the technician at the time of the test. About three weeks ago, I was notified of a change to my credit report. After reviewing, it was posted to my credit report by a collection agency reporting a past due debt. It turns out that the debt was because of the ***** test Haymount Urgent Care the clinic managing the testing station. I never received the results of the test and never received a bill for their services. Now, I have a debt and it has caused a significant impact to my credit report. I contacted the collection agency, and they would not tell anything about the debt. I called the insurance company and was told that they never received a claim for reimbursement to Haymount for their services. I have made multiple calls to the clinic, but was not able to speak with the supervisor. Turns out that the doctor and office manager only work on Thursdays. The receptionist told me that one of them would return my call, but that never occurred. I would like for this debt to be cleared from my account and my credit report corrected.
