    On February 8, March 21, and May 9, 2024, I received medical care at the Jones Center, including biopsies and cauterization for a pre-existing condition. Following these visits, I received billing summaries from my health insurance provider, ********** Blue Shield, with alerts indicating potential coding errors.Despite multiple attempts to address these concerns with the Jones Center, both in person and via telephone, email, and patient portal messaging, my inquiries have been consistently ignored. During an in-person visit, staff refused to provide contact information for their billing department, stating that billing inquiries must be directed to Labcorp. Furthermore, they declined to provide their names or further explanation, demonstrating unprofessional conduct.Requests for access to my past medical visit records, billing statements, and personal health history via the patient portal provided by the Jones Center have been denied. Staff informed me that these documents are unavailable and that a $25.00 fee is required for the release of my medical history. Outside of the elusive answers given by front desk staff, I have had many appointments rescheduled, cancelled, or had a change in provider without notice. A ******* supervisor confirmed that billing adjustments cannot be made without corrected coding from the Jones Center. Similarly, my insurance provider indicated that resolution of this issue requires action from the Jones Center.While I have fulfilled all financial obligations to the Jones Center, ******* has referred my account to collections due to the disputed charges, negatively impacting my credit standing. I am willing to pay any legitimate fees owed to ******* upon verification of accurate billing.I seek transparency and cooperation from the Jones Center in rectifying the potential coding errors and facilitating accurate billing from *******. Attached are copies of relevant documentation to support my complaint.
