  ******* and his crew did a great job on our remodel!! Removed an indoor pool, took down a separation wall to open up the room to creat a master bedroom. Pulled out all the carpet that I strongly disliked for years and put new flooring down all through the home and the staircase! Upgraded the vanity in our bathroom and put up a backsplash! They put up a kick a$$ built in closet system for us too! I highly recommend them! Not one single issue did we have. Very respectful and communication was on point! ******* even answered me on a weekend for an issue I created myself-nothing to do with the remodel- and gave me some tips on how to fix it & if I couldnt he would fix it when he came back! Overall excellent experience! 10/10 !!

  I hired Strategic Builders to paint my ceilings and lay down LVP in my home.Other than drips of paint on my wall tapestries and around my lighting fixtures, the painting went okay. The problems began with the flooring.I questioned the worker about a transition molding and he got very upset, dropping tools and stomping out of the house. I called *******, the owner. He blew up at me, calling my belongings sh*t, and ordering me not to speak to his worker again. When they returned the next day, I met ******* outside to speak to him away from the worker, and he sarcastically said Oh, dont worry. Were going to give you a million dollar trailer! He then turned his back to me.The house was left a mess daily with tools, scrap pieces of flooring, nails, etc, strewn in every room. The discarded carpet and padding and other debris was thrown outside in several piles, and left there for the entire week. I have a voice recording of him speaking under his breath (but intentionally loud enough for me to hear)about f**king out-of-towners and idiot homeowners I discovered so many things wrong after they left, including a dryer vent that wasnt hooked back up AT ALL.They left 3 nails all over my driveway. They used dull blades to make the miter cuts on the molding., which werent measured well and have gaps where they meet. They cut the existing vertical moldings too short to match up with the horizontal ones. Several of the planks arent fitted well; they didnt bang them into place, so debris will make their way into these gaps. Attention to detail was non-existent. When replacing furniture, they returned my mattress upside down and moved a heavy nightstand back into place with the drawers facing the wall. ******* attempted to charge me approximately 30% more than the original quote. Ive never been so disrespected, nor worked with a contractor who displayed such immaturity, hostility and anger. I doubt that he would have treated a male homeowner the same way.
