    Ultimately I purchased their foot *************** held products at a local ****** after trying their demonstration, getting both at a discount. I also picked up their useless extended warranty. I was concerned about having multiple young children in my home that could break the machine & figured I should wait for them to get older before I made an investment into these products. Their on site sales rep (at the local ****** location) stated that the extended warranty would cover any accidental damage caused by children in my home.Well my daughter dropped her necklace accidentally into the machine & the circuit board threw a large spark through the gaps in the massage plate the base.I had purchased the full warranty for multiple replacements (again by the suggestion of the sales rep who promised me things like this would be covered) only to find that MedMassager refused to honor their warranty, or at least the warranty that the sales rep had assured me I was obtaining.I simply want them to honor this warranty & fix my machine (simple fix of replacing a circuit board that can't be more than $25 in material cost on their end) or a full refund of my full purchase price & the price of the extended warranties I purchased for both of their products.This seems to be nothing short of a fraudulent operation to ******* extra money out of individuals who will just give up instead of push a company to do what their sales reps promise, or maybe they outsource their sales reps so they can blame another company for not promoting their services properly.
