    I recently had my new dishwasher installed by WNC Appliance Repair LLC ( no issues there). The tech was suppose to haul away the old dishwasher. Per the tech he was unable to get it due to driving the wrong vehicle. The tech assured me he would be back later that day OR the following day to remove it. It has been over a week and the old dishwasher is still sitting in my carport. I called and left a voicemail, NO return call. I called again finally spoke with someone and it was scheduled to be picked up 4/5 between 1-3, no one ever showed AGAIN. Have spent most of the morning trying to get someone on the phone because voicemails seem to not be returned here. Seems they have blocked two of my numbers from calling, As soon as I leave voicemails, those numbers are no longer able to call this business.

    The dishwasher in question was picked up and we spoke to the complainant in person on this day. We will be addressing the customers concerns to ensure an issue like this does not happen again. The key take away from the feedback of this customer is that we ensure we are communicating to all customers if there are any changes needed to a pending work order or scheduling issues. We also discussed our phone system issues and have already address the issue with our phone provider. As of April 8th, 2024 we have implemented additional Standard Operating Procedures for myself (the owner) and my employee's. the amendments made include when contact should be made to a customer during the timeline of an open work order, but also requiring all communication be documented in our CRM system. Additionally, when our phone system is not working, or there is a utility outage, We have provided our staff a back up phone to be used in those instances. We will also be adjusting our prioritization levels of service, to ensure every customer is treated equally with the same level of service as others.  I apologize to this customer for the  inconvenience and distress we may have caused. Even though we are a small business, We still hold firm on providing quality service but also the utmost satisfaction to our customers regardless if they are our customer or a home warranty customer.

    ***** came and replaced a part and told me and my wife if the part didnt work he would come get it and not charge ** for that so we did the part didnt fix the problem so I called set up another appointment and he didnt show up his sister called the next day and told me ***** was going to put a check in the mail the next day , I asked about the part and she said he would eat it so I ordered another refrigerator and took the part out of the old one to send back to him after that I tried to contact him and send the part back and he wont return my phone calls I would just like to get what Im owed

    We sent a check on 8/11/2023 in the amount of $379.34. on 9/1/2023 we were notified by voicemail that he had not received the check however that information was not communicated between my office and myself and I assumed the check was received and the issue was resolved. We will be reaching out to ************** to resolve the issue.
