    On 05/13/24 I bought a Horse Whinny 4 horn as a gift for a friend. The horn would not work and after watching videos on solving this problem both from the seller and others on ******** the horn still did not work.I attempted to call (several times) and used their online Contact form (several times) and even though they said that they would respond within 24 hours, that did not happen.I would like a replacement sent to me (of the same make and model) and not have to pay a fee for returning the old not working horn. I should not have to pay twice for shipping on a non-working product.

    this company sends you the wrong product and will not answer calls,emails of any form of contact.i ordered 2 products and never received what i ordered but received another product half the price i paid.this business needs put out of business.

    Purchase on April 18th 2022 (Check Sent) $115.25
    Not received until the 2nd week of May.
    Unit was not the quality expected, neither was as advertised... says 500 watts,,, but only 8 watts.. Was expecting 40 watts
    Called to see about return.. They sent return form in June.
    Filled it out and returned items.
    They will not answer calls or emails and have not received a refund.
