We used this company on a recommendation from a friend in early February and it's been a nightmare ever since. The son is now in charge. His guys drove a 3 ton boom truck off the side of our driveway onto our professionally manicured lawn to cut a ******************* instead of using smaller equipment as past contractors had done over the past several years. They broke my driveway. I sent ************** pictures, he said he had insurance. He wanted his money for the job right away and was paid in full the same day. At the same time he said he would put in a claim with his insurance. After a month of going back and forth his insurance finally responded and said they would not cover his negligence since it was done with a vehicle, he had to use his vehicle insurance. He kept saying he would put in a claim with his vehicle insurance but he never did. We finally asked him to pay us the $2800 it cost to repair the driveway to avoid going to court. He kept making excuses, so now we are having to file a lawsuit for the money. We do not recommend It's Gotta Go Tree Service in ************.

*************** had said something about using a ladder and a pole saw. I told him that I was not going to use the ladder with a saw in my hand. I told him that I had a bucket truck that we would use in the backyard to prune the pecan tree back and that's what we would use in the front. We did drive across the driveway. All the way across it from one side to the other. If the truck was too big for the driveway it would have busted the concrete all the way across. Not just him one little spot. Whoever originally done the concrete done a bad job at packing the dirt up under it or there was no dirt up under it at all in that particular area. I didn't try to hide anything. The weavers were told that a bucket truck would be used on their job and they had no objections to it. As far as paying for the driveway, work has been extremely slow this year since the first of the year. I had told you **************** that and she told me it was to be handled by the 30th or they would have to pursue other means. That means I had about 8 days to come up with it. There was just no way. If they wanted to make arrangements there should be no problem in that but with the Weavers, it seems to be all or nothing.

These guys are the best. They have the equipment and get the job done professionally. The price is always reasonable, and they’re great about cleaning up after the job is done. I won’t use anyone else.
