    Purchased 2 Lazy Boy Greyson leather recliners on August 10,2023 from Macon Furniture in ********,**. Both recliners are the same model and leather. Waited 6 months to receive them. Delivery was 2/15/24. There isn't enough stuffing in the seat and the back of one recliner. Contacted Lazy Boy regarding the issue on 2/20/24 via their website.I got a response requesting information.I gave them all information. I received an email from ***** stating that comfort is subjective.I'm the only person sitting in the recliners. I should experience the same comfort from both since they're the same recliner and I'm the only person sitting in them.Both recliners should have the same support.I understand there may be a slight difference, but that isn't the case. One recliner does not have the proper amount of stuffing in the seat and back. I sink down in the recliner. I am propped up in the other recliner. Telling me that comfort is subjective is not taking care of the issue. The recliners were purchased from Macon Furniture Mart.Macon Furniture Mart has nothing to do with the issue. Macon Furniture is just the middle man. I did contact ***** at Macon Furniture Mart regarding the situation. The recliners were handmade by Lazy Boy and delivered to Macon Furniture who then delivered them to me. I paid $2856.63 for two recliners, but only have an issue with one recliner. I would like to exchange one recliner.Below is an email sent by ***** at Lazy Boy.Hello,Please be advised that the units on our stores showroom floor have experienced heavy use and have had time to break in. Your furniture was manufactured with new cushions. Over time and with use, the padding on your furniture will break in as well.We cannot guarantee comfort since that is a subjective experience; what is comfortable to one person may be uncomfortable for another.Kindest regards,***** | **************** Representative | ******** *************** ******** Drive | ******, ******** ***** | ************ |

    We are sorry for any frustrations that this customer has encountered throughout their service experience.

    The customers store of purchase, Macon Furniture Mart, is independently owned and operated. La-Z-Boy Incorporated does not have access to the service departments customer records. We have contacted the store and requested that they contact the customer to assist with their concerns. The customer may also contact the store directly at *************.

    We kindly ask that this complaint be closed as the customer will need to continue to work through Macon Furniture Mart's service department.
