    New AC Unit installed continued issued with dirt, dust, freezing pipes, water leakage since installation. Repeated service calls, installed a larger filter system and paid more. More water leakage, service tech came out and cleaned and it is still leaking. I have towels shoved into the unit.

    I have attached a full reply to the timeline since the installation of the heat pump in April 2024.  Every time the customer has called we have gone out.  We have only ever charged them for the labor to replace a part.  We have never charged for service calls even though they are outside of their warranty period.  We put in a filter system for free and have tried to explain what they need to do to help with the situation.  The coil in their unit is quickly building up dog hair, dust and debris which is causing the condensation in improperly drain into the return.  The equipment doesn't need changed.  Please see the attachment with the time line of events.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I need time to compose my evidence of supporting documents  the last and most recent visit with technician entailed a cleaning of the coils no sooner had that technician left the unit was leaking within 48 hours  we have cleaned everyday put in additional measures such as air purifiers for 4 rooms vacuum every day and I showed the technician the color that came off of the dog vacuum did not match  the technician said he was at a loss  I called a new company that said my house is not dirty nor is the dog hair a factor  the unit had issues starting at 4 months after install  I also sent an email asking for the owner to call my husband and he has not

    I do not have an email requesting to call.  If one was sent, I did not receive it.  I'm attaching the last three correspondences that we had.  At no point have we tried to avoid the customer.  We have always responded and tried to address the issues.  The unit was draining properly when the service manager left on his last visit.  Any time we have addressed the water issue, the water has been dripping from the coil because it has had something on it such as dirt or debris.
