Review from ****** (2) $1,095 - $1,499 *************************** Local Guide12 reviews72 photos a day ago NEW I have been living here about 5 or 4 years now I been having a particular problem about the brick part of the building which is the wall part is separate from the floor and causing a spider and carpet beetle infestation I have been talking to the people in the office about this problem for 2 or more years now and they still haven't fix it the only thing they have to really do is fill the separation hole with some type of insulation or concrete or something of that nature I can't even sit in my living room or go into the kitchen without seeing a couple of spider crawling around or a carpet beetle here and there and these aren't the regular little bitty spiders it's more like poisonous spiders like brown recluses and those big black ones.

      This issue was brought to our offices attention for the first time on June 5, 2023.  Since that time, the office and maintenance had made multiple attempts to contact the resident that went unanswered.  The resident also has a dog that has a tendency to run out the door so we prefer not to enter the unit unless someone is home.

      The office was finally able to reach the resident this morning, June 20, 2023 and the resident has agreed to come home to the apartment to allow maintenance and pest control to enter and resolve the issue.
