    On May 14, 2025, I was stranded on a construction side stucked in mud. I contacted Triple A for assistance. They contacted ASAP Towing and Recovery to be the towing company assisting me. The driver contacted me and asked me to get a picture of my car. I sent him a picture of my car facing to the front part. Also, I contacted the police that they were also waiting for the driver and never saw the towing company to show up to the scene. During that period, I kept sending instruction to the driver on how to find me. I never got a call, text message or voice mail from him. I contacted Triple A almost two hours later to find out what had happened. The triple A informed me the driver supposedly showed up and my car was 50 feet or yards out of the pavement, and they could not help me. The police were with me and contacted another towing company that helped me to get out of the situation. I had to pay $428.00 for towing my car less than 1/4 of mile. I contacted ASAP Towing to inform them I was reporting them to the *************** for leaving me in an isolated place and their driver not contacting me to inform me they could not help me, I addressed that was a safety issue because if there were had been in a place the police could not come right away, I were had been in an isolated place by myself. Also, I questioned their claim because I have the best triple A membership with the most towing miles. I communicated with the manager she claims she has a picture of my car but the picture she has is the one I sent to the driver, he did not show up and did not take any pictures. I am reporting them to the ****************.
