      The owner, *****, came out to my house and was nice at first - however, after stating I would not be home, granting access to the house, and stating TWICE in the call that there were pets in the home -- my roommate came home not long after *****'s arrival to the back door wide open and one of my cats MISSING. The individual had no remorse, was combative towards myself and my roommate, and I had to threaten to call the cops to get him to leave my property -- there is in NO clear conscience that I could recommend this individual to be allowed into your home. Additionally, a second plumber had to come to my home and he scoffed at the work that was done. The brand and quality of the parts that were replaced were not industry standard.
