      This gym has manipulated me and my wife in registering for the membership on weekly basis knowing we are international students with no income , cancelling was such a hassle and despite informing them about cancellation they have charged us about 600$ which is our monthly stay in ***. Peak payment their collection team is so brutal and insensitive because they already have us by the throat as we signed the documents, this cancellation policy is a total scam and violates and exploits customers .after a couple of months despite informing them we wanted to cancel ********* ****** (Member ID: ************: $195 ***** ******** (Member ID: ************: $406

      This business makes it incredibly hard to cancel your membership. They would not do it in person, their phone system doesnt work/vm full, their website links dont work, their management is unavailable and they then require 60 days notice. It is a total scam.

      We looked up ******* email in the system. We cannot find her name in our system, so we are unable to call. We emailed the email listed on her bbb account, waiting for a response.

      After looking into this matter more, this customer is not a member of ours. There child, who is not a minor, is a member. Also, this issue is stemming back to the previous owner before we took over the company. We will get with the member to ensure the issue is resolved.

      This is the worst business transaction I have ever had to deal with. I was told I could be on a month to month membership and was put under a 1 year contract. They asked me to sign the little black box for my month to month membership but they were duping me in to a contract without my knowledge. Now, they insist I pay for it and I didn’t willingly sign a contract.
