      My husband and I had a fairly large patio set by this company during one of the hottest weeks in July this year, which ended up being a mistake as I should have been out there constantly myself to check on what was being done. The fellows that endured the heat had no sense of design. I gave them a design pattern to follow, but that didn’t happen. Since the patio was not symmetrical due to the end “design”, I requested that a small portion be changed, which the owner did come out and change it himself; this was in August. There was also an issue with puddling on portions of the patio, to which the owner removed a portion of dirt/clay directly under the sod in an area saying that what he did would solve the problem. We had some fairly good downpours since then, and the puddles still exist. Because the stones are not level to each other, it makes for a tripping hazard. The last time he was here to re-do the small portion, he left one of the stones with a crack down the middle. We had not noticed the crack until he drove away. He said he would be back to repair it “when he had time”. We have a two-year warranty that is obviously useless as he has not called or been back to repair the cracked stone. That was in August, so we hired someone else to repair it. Also, since I wanted a different color border, ****** ordered an entire pallet of brick, of which half a pallet is still sitting in my backyard. I guess after being in business for 20 years, no one ever complained about paying for more than they needed for a job. The BBB had no complaints, which is why I decided to go with this company. My mistake.
