      I am a victim of Identity theft. My information was sold and bought illegally, I am a victim of multiple data breaches including ************ breach,********** data breach, ************************** breach, ********* breach, and numerous other data breaches in which has resulted in my identity being stolen using my full name, date of birth, social security number, and other identity information.This Better Business Bureau complaint has been filed pursuant to FCRA 605B (15 U.S.C. 1681c-2) that Open Sky, block the credit card account appearing on my consumer credit reports that is the result of identity theft and within 4 business days of you receiving this complaint. Upon receiving my Experian and ********** consumer credit reports I found a fraudulent credit card account opened on February 27 , 2023 with Open Sky and with my Identity under account number ******. The account maintained by ******** was not opened, authorized, or initiated by me. This account is a direct result of identity theft. I have attached a copy of FTC Identity Theft Criminal Complaint # ********* as proof from the *************************** that the aforementioned credit card account is the result of identity theft. Under **** 15 U.S.C. 1681EB a consumer report shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates ; and this account is not accurate as it is identity theft. Open Sky has also not completed a thorough investigation. Open Sky is marking this item as verified through E-Oscar, after I made them aware of my identity theft with no resolution and declined to remove inaccurate information. It is even marked on my credit as profit loss which I did not authorize and have not been sent a 1099 for whatever this item is. I am requesting that this item be deleted/ removed from ********** and Experian consumer credit reports.
