    ****** Mancia does not deliver what he promises. He has a good team that does good work. However, as an owner he does not do his part, does not do quality control and does not deliver a complete job. I called him personally called him to tell him that his team ran out of soil and asked him to send some more. He did not and rudely asked me to use my own soil to fill the holes his team dug and couldnt **************** to get paid he was so nice and he promised to send his team back with soil to finish the job but never did.He got paid in full and his happy.He refused to give me a written contract that would contain complete job description. He asked me to trust him. I did trust him but I was disappointed. I have pictures, text and voice messages to support my statements.Beware.
