I purchased a 2014 ******* Equus from this dealership in October, and by December, the car completely broke down due to a failing air suspension system. The air compressor wasnt functioning properly, which caused my suspension to drop and, ultimately, led to my tire popping on the highwaywith my child in the car. This was a terrifying and dangerous situation that should have never happened if the car had been properly inspected before being sold to me.When I brought the issue to their attention, they denied any responsibility, claiming the car had no such problems when I bought it. However, I had three different mechanics inspect it, and all confirmed that this was a pre-existing issue. Instead of making it right, they tried to charge me $2,000 for repairson a car I had just put $3,500 down on in October. They also claimed to have pictures and videos of the car before selling it to me and promised to provide proofbut of course, they never did. Now, here I am, without a car once again, after trusting this dealership with my money and safety.I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. They do not stand by their vehicles, they do not care about their customers, and they will do anything to avoid taking responsibility. If youre thinking about buying a car here, RUN.

    Good afternoon Ms. *******

We spent a lot of time together looking at different vehicles and your preferred budget. On 10/21/2024 you decided to purchase a 2014 ******* Equus. You were elated when buying this vehicle and your down payment was based on lender approval. We have done everything possible in marking sure you were happy with your car buying experience and even stayed late while you got insurance, and another time waiting for your **** to arrive. You were super pleased and thrilled with *****, ******* and **** when you left driving your Equus in October! With that being said, in December you called your Sales Consultant, ******** while driving on the highway stating something happened to your tires. This vehicle has never had any issues and we have pictures of before the sale, and picture of you at time of sale in front of the vehicle. You drove it for many weeks and never once had any issues, nor did you ever call about any concerns until that moment. ******* recalls your phone call very well and he told you to tow it here and we would do everything possible to assist you in our service department as a paying customer. When the car arrived here, the bottom was torn up, scratches and it appears you hit something in the road causing the problem. Running something over, especially at high speed can damage to an air suspension system. We have pictures and videos of this. You said you talked to a ******* dealership and they wanted to quote you $4000 to repair the damage. We looked at the situation and quoted half of what they did to assist you as a customer. This car was clearly driven after running something over on the highway that did significant damage. The tires were worn down to the tire casing which did not happen from us. The tires on this car were BRAND NEW when you took delivery.Later, you came here in tears and **** even went as far to call your loan/finance company and ask if they could help you place this costly repair on your current loan and they AGREED to do that. You refused that, and left your car sitting here with busted tires at our service department for weeks!! Time went by and we called to tell you that you need to tow it out of here or we would start charging a daily storage fee.

On February 22, 2025, you requested pictures of the car showing the condition and we sent pics of front, rear, all tires and all sides showing it was in pristine condition. The level around the tires is clearly shown in pure normal status. There is nothing leaning or any concerns.

Today, out of nowhere, April 2, 2025, you leave a 1 star review on **** and ****** stating false claims that this car had issues when you bought it which is not true. You clearly had something happen in the highway of running over an object, and continued to drive on the car tires down to the casing! This is not caused simply by air suspension, nor was this anything to do with your purchase experience. This car was sold AS IS and no warranty will cover a tire repair.Your car insurance company will not cover a tire repair or air suspension either, and that is why you are mad. I understand your frustration, that you need to repair your car in order to make it drivable again. This has nothing to do with our dealership and our business.

Telling people to RUN from doing business here is very disheartening, especially for all that we have done to help you in this situation! Even more upsetting, your mother writes a review on ****** and the facts are not correct. You claim you have taken it to three service shops and they all told you this was a pre-existing condition? How is that possible when you drove the car for two months? We provide every client the option to do a pre-purchase inspection PRIOR to buying any vehicle on our lot. This car was in pristine condition and you are making false claims to make a point. Our internet Manager did reach out and explain that you can share any experience yes, but you cannot make false claims about a situation that damages a business, that is liable. In NC Court, you bought a car AS IS and signed multiple papers. You had an incident on the highway two months later and now trying to claim this happened because the car had pre-existing issues. You did not wreck, instead of pulling over and calling a tow truck like anyone else would do you continued to drive your vehicle to the point of severe damage, and put yourself and your daughter in terrible harm driving down to the casing of the tires for many miles. Now you are trying to lay blame that we are the reason this happened, that is shameful. We take pride in providing an excellent buying experience and caring about our customers.

They DO NOT negotiate on their advertised prices, but don't tell you that until after you've put a non-refundable deposit down. We are from out of state and found a Maserati we wanted at their lot. My husband had multiple conversations with ******* and their finance manager over a 2 week period about the car. We decided we wanted to make a deal on it, and were told that someone else was interested, so we put down a $300 deposit to hold it, paid a third party vendor to inspect the car, and bought plane tickets to travel to ** from CA. We called ******* to negotiate the price and get paperwork started before flying out since we would only be in ** for a few short hours. We got the bait and switch! All of a sudden their prices are non-negotiable. It's pretty shady when you're not up front about your business practices. Seems like a pretty easy way to make $300 though. If you claim to be an honest and fair company, then I suggest being honest and transparent with your non-negotiable business practice before customers put down a deposit.

We went to this dealership looking for a car for our grandaughter who will be attending college in the fall. The sales **** ****** approached ** with warmth and professionalism. He never tried to pressure ** but helped ** find what we needed and could afford. He encouraged ** to take our time and helped ** with patience. We are older and needed someone to help ** with integrity. ****** and the Finance Manager were phenomenal!! If you want a car, check this company out and ask for ******!!!
