    I paid $1,258.88 to Johnny's Auto and Marine Electric, LLC to fix my car which was having an issue holding a charge. Receipt numbered ***** states one year warranty on both parts and labor. The car was returned to Johnny's Auto during the second week of January 2022 due to the car still not holding a charge and the repair was done. I was told that I would have to pay an additional $1,000.00 for the car to be repaired. I have made several attempts to get the matter resolved over the course of the past 11 months to include visits to the shop and was told only ****** could assist me, I made both phone calls and sent a letter and no response or assistance from Johnny's Auto to resolve an issue that is covered under warranty.

    I don't know how this fell through the cracks.  No one here, including myself, have seen him return, nor have I received a letter.  But we contacted the customer and he returned his vehicle to us for further diagnostics.  After concluding that his 22 year old vehicle has numerous complex electrical issues that would required more time and expense than the vehicle is worth to him, he has decided not to spend any more money on it.
