      I purchased a set of blinds for 370$ in 2019. I Broke a slat in Feb 2023. I offered to pay for it, but was told it was still under warranty by the rep ***** A tech came to my house to look at a single panel slat that I had broken (there are 26 panels all together) I was charged an $85 trip fee for him coming out to look at the piece. Which the tech took with him. Almost a month later on 3/13/23 I had heard nothing back so I called left a message both with **** as well as anytime blinds. I heard nothing back. I called and LM again on 3/21/23. Nothing. On 3/23/23 I Called a 3rd time. **** called me back apologized stated the tech who had been to my house had walked off the job and he had been on vacation. He was very preoccupied and distracted during the call stated he needed to call me right back. He didn't. I made call number 4 on 3/24/23 left a message. No response. Call #5 on 3/28/23, left another message. He called me back stating he had found out they couldn't replace just one slat so he had to order 26 new slats. And that they would be in in two weeks. That would be 4/11/23. I had not heard anything by thursday 5/4/23 so I called back again. **** answered stated he was on his way to a funeral and would call me back in 24 hours. He did not. I decided to give ***** and not contact him till Monday due to death in his family. By Thursday I still hadn't heard back. I ended up calling both his # and the anytimeblinds number. No response.So here we are. Do not under any circumstance give your money to this company. READ THE REVIEWS AND GO WITH A LOCAL COMPANY NOT WITH ONE FROM AN HOUR AWAY WHO WILL CHARGE FOR EVERYTRIP, NOT HONOR THE WARRENTY AND AVOID THE CUSTOMER especially when they have been ****** patient.Horrible business ethic.
