    Back in September of 2020 I had procedures done and was finish bye the following year like July of 2021 at time I finally was able to walk out with a new smile only to have to come back several times to have repeated repairs only to be told that the former DDS was no longer there and the new DDS *********, well was not happy about having to correct other issues for patients that he did not work on. Infect he boldly stated to me he's not going to repair my snap in implants and that he was just going to refund my money. However he only refunded the amount for the top snap in not everything else, I then was told that another office could fix my snap in but that was untrue when I finally found another office to do the repairs, I was then told because of what he did to my snap in denture plate, that it couldn't be repaired and that I had to go back and replace everything in my mouth because of the original DDS in which was *******************, was not up to date with materials that are being used for today's implants, and that I had to remove and replace them, in which at that time DDS ********* stated that he would fix the issues that I have and he would do for the cost of what was refunded back to me, however just a days before I was told that it was going to cost me additional 8k for the materials because DDS ********* was not going to allocate the rest of the funds to DDS **************** so that I could get the repairs done. I've paid like 25k for everything upfront and now they're getting away and I'm left with nothing.

    Over the months, I have been seeking a total refund of around $5,000 from Affordable Dentures and Implants for pre-paid incomplete treatment. I have all copies of receipts and all to-date work performed. I need assistance in resolving this issue Services pre-paid services but not performed:Final Denture Implant Abutment According to AD&I my dental file has been moved around to a different location. I have been getting the run around from several locations: Garner, **********, ******************, and now **********, ** "corporate complaint office" with no resolve, or direction, nor do they pick up the phone.I have called:Customer Service ***** number *********************************, Corporate Complaint Specialist Customer Contact - ************** ******* **** - ex-employee at the ***************** location now at ************** location.Please call or email me ASAP Sincerely, ***************************
