    I purchased night vision from Lumntech on 03/13/2023 I have attempted to contact them cause I have yet to receive the item I paid for. Emails have gone unanswered and cannot find a phone number to contact this company. I do believe this is a scam company.

    On January 17th I ordered from this company the item below and never received my item nor the shipping details or anything I made contact with someone representing the company and after asking for a order number ceased all communication never responding or shipping the product out essentially just taking my money and not providing the product my order #**** for this product below here are my records indicating purchase was made you can reach me at #************ I just want my product that I paid for

    In December 2022, I purchased a Digital PVS-14 Monocular from Lumntech for $349.99. I received the product on or around January 20, 2023. After placing batteries in the device, it did not work. I replaced the batteries several times, but the device still did not work. I emailed Lumntech about the defective product and received an email asking for a video of me placing the batteries in the device, which I emailed on January 23, 2023. I have emailed follow up emails with no response. I have phoned Lumntech several times, leaving voicemails with no response.
