    After initially purchasing a mattress from MATTRESS NOW IN ******, NC, the mattress begin, within a few months losing its support, the firmness of it became ultra soft. I am literally sleeping in my recliner or flex room upstairs.This store is selling mattresses and will not stand behind them. The mattress factory said the dealer should understand there is a warranty. Some folks may like their mattresses but they are not also holding up to their warranty from the dealership. Please beware we are not trying to chafe this company, but want folks to take a second look before buying from this dealer in *********.
