    Awful service!!! Had a very important appointment that was scheduled almost a week in advance. Pickup time between 8:20-8:50 am, nobody showed up. Called insurance and they called Goodwill directly and was told driver showed up at 8:30 am which was absolutely false. I was outside with my aunt and nobody showed up. I called company directly to ask why did they lie about driver coming to my home and the dispatcher was disgustingly rude, didnt care what I had to say, talking over me and wouldnt pass me to a supervisor when I requested and hung up phone. Dispatch had such a nasty attitude and should not have that job or any job working with people. I will be taking this further

    1st few times using thy service I got to dialysis on time good when it's time to return they either didn't show and said they came and wasn't out there and they called inside they claimed I had already left now take I can put of dialysis 30 mins early both times stood out there 2 hrs until I called my own Uber to take me home one time I had to walk cause I don't have Uber money this in 90+ degree heat after 3 and a half treatment the other time I stood for almost 2 hrs each time you call it go to mail are my ride care service say they 20 mins away each call never *********************** severe storm waiting on this lady my driver came 30 mins early had to run outside half dressed at 5:30 he picked up another 2 people I have to ride to another county drop them off at davita come back up the interstate and was late after he picked me up 1st then the return trip I called times over 2 hr wait the nurse came out and called them they sent someone the last said she just got the call to pick me up so I narrow it down dispatch cand the drivers ***** at goodwill use another service if you can I cancelled call ny trips I had scheduled i bet they found me another service for me to use besides goodwill I'll walk before. I ever have to use this service again I give it no stars negative 10 ?

    I had an important doctor's *********** today and transportation was scheduled through my insurance company a week in advance. My appt was for 3:15PM. I live 1.5 hours away from my doctor's ******* Usually when I schedule transportation I receive a text/phone call from my driver to confirm ***. Today I received nothing. I called my insurance company at 11AM to confirm driver's *** and was told it would be between 12:55 & 1:15. By 1:30 I still hadn't been picked up so I called my insurance company again and was told the *** would be between 1:25 & 1:40. I called Goodwill directly at 1:50PM and left a voice-mail asking for my call to be returned. I called my insurance a 3rd time and had them reach out to Goodwill. The customer service rep came back on the line with me and said that the driver had gotten lost and would be at my address in 20 minutes. ******************** then called my doctor's ****** to update them and to see if I could still be seen. They said that as long as I was there by 3:30 I could be seen. We called Goodwill again and was told by dispatch that the driver was farther away than anticipated so they would not be coming.I had to ultimately cancel my pre-op *********** which set off a series of events that left more than just myself very inconvenienced by the unprofessionalism of Goodwill.

    **** with Goodwill Transportation, who drives a ***** *** truck, is the laziest, rudest driver. My mother is disabled and uses a seated walker to walk around. He would not get out to assist her to get into the vehicle, nor to put her walker in her car. Mind you this company provides transportation for disabled patients to and from doctors visits. To make matters worse, my mother had to wait for over 2 hours to be picked up from her doctors appointment because he lied and told his dispatch that he had went and she was not outside. My mother is a former stroke patient, diabetic, as well as suffers from Epilepsy and she was forced to sit in the heat for over 2 hours because of **** being irresponsible. The valet service at the doctors office was able to confirm that he had not returned since dropping her off. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND HE DESERVES TERMINATION. NO PATIENT SHOULD GO THROUGH WHAT MY MOTHER DID TODAY.
