My house was damaged by the landscaping company outsourced by IRJ Property Management in November of 2024. I reached out to *** as soon as I noticed the damage and they told me they would forward my email to the landscaper and provide an update. I continuously reached out to *** almost weekly and never heard back. Around the holidays my husband called them and ****** said they were still waiting for an update from the landscaper as the siding was on backorder. ****** asked if I could send another email in 2 weeks. I waited 3 weeks and sent an email. Since then I've still had no response. I found the name of our current landscaper, The Grounds Guys of ******, and despite them taking over as our new landscaper on 9/1/24, they said the damage was not from their crew, and instead was from the previous landscaper. *** was copied in this email, yet they still have not responded. My neighbors confirmed they also have damage, and it seems like it might be from the previous landscaper given how long ago their damage occurred. Before my husband called IRJ in December, he reached out in our neighborhood ************** and we learned that some of our neighbors have been waiting on a resolution since the summer of 2024. *** has been of no help and we're all paying for this landscaping company as part of our HOA, yet they've damaged MANY of our houses. Something needs to be done immediately. Siding being backordered makes no sense when River Wild has been building a ton of similar houses in our neighborhood for the past 2 years. If siding isn't readily available, something else needs to be done.
