      Approximately around 2/2/25, I ***** *******( resident of ******************************)contacted **** ****** (manager of Streamline Property & Association Management) who has of approximately 5/01/24 took over as management of my subdivision, about my *** ****, fees and concerns. I explained to her that since the beginning of their management of our subdivision, I as a resident havent received any notice or information from them at all, to include name, account information, contact information by email nor postage letter. I informed her that I was inquiring about *** **** that are due. She asked for my email address(which she didnt have) and told me emails were sent to me, to which I replied no maam Email nor letters were sent to me she then said she would send a history of contact to me that following week(which she didnt) fast forward to 2/26/25 I finally, via email receive a invoice for my *** **** and late fee but no history of attempted contact nor information on how and where to pay. I called **** to get more information and discuss concerns regarding the late fees I asked was there some way of meeting in the middle on the late fees due to the lack of information given from the company(being that I still hadnt received information on how to pay my dues) to which I was yelled at and ultimately hung up on! *** never had any issue with the previous hoa management company as theyve always kept me informed. I believe this is a very poor way of conducting business especially from a company in charge of managing my residence/ subdivision, more over I as a war veteran of 3 tours showed respect and professionalism that I was not in turn afforded to me fron Ms ****** I frankly expect more from someone in her position.
