  Recently had storm damage to my roof and was referred to use Roofline for my repairs ! They were fantastic to work with and got me on the schedule quick for my repairs and went above and beyond providing great customer service and quality work! Would definitely use this company again!

  Recently found a leak in my roof in an area where my attic fan and solar panel were installed about 3 years ago. After searching for a quality roofer via *****'s List, I quickly received several calls, with the very first one coming from ***** **********************, the owner of Roofline Xperts of NC. Within a few days, Mr. ********************** was at my home assessing the entire roof, and went over all his findings, especially the attic fan and solar panel that were shoddily installed to say the least. 24 hours later, he provided an estimate that seemed reasonable, along with his guarantee that the roof repair would be done to my satisfaction. Did I think about whether I should get other estimates; and whether I could get this done cheaper? Actual no I didn't. The reason being that there was something about ***** ********************** that impressed me. Sure we talked about the roof, but we also spoke about family, about integrity, and about the Roofline Xperts slogan "Doing what's right, not what's easy". We also spoke about my ailing mother that I had to visit the following week; and how I would love to see the roof repaired before I had to leave. Two days before I had to hop a flight to *******, ***** had me scheduled, and finished the repair, bringing me a big sigh of relief. Would I use Roofline Xperts of NC for my future roofing needs...You bet! Would I recommend their services for repairs and/or complete roofing jobs. Absolutely!

  I noticed a small leak on my front porch but wasnt sure where it was coming from. However, ***** was able to figure out the issue and gave me a thorough explanation, helping me understand our roofs needs. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with. ***** not only fixed the leak but also took the time to inspect the rest of the roof for any potential issues, providing valuable insights and recommendations. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and commitment to ensuring the job was done right. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Wake County area needing roofing work.

  My Wife and I had storm damage (Heavy rain and wind) to our residence this year. My neighbor referred us to Roofline Experts of ** who had recently done his roof. He told me what a good job the crew did so I gave ***** Holland, the owner, a call. He told me he would be right over to take a look. ***** went onto the roof and located the damaged shingles. He came down and explained the kind and amount of damage and felt I had a valid insurance claim. I explained to him this was my first time ever having to file an insurance claim on my homeowners. He then explained that he had years of knowledge dealing with this and would assist me along the way. I then contacted insurance and scheduled an adjuster to come take a look. At this point I hired ****** company to complete the work because I could tell he was genuine and wanted to see me, his customer, taken care of. The roof replacement went fast and the crew kept my property clean during the entire process. ***** and his crew went above and beyond our expectations with his work and quality. He was very helpful and and kept in touch with me during the entire claim process. ***** was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him and his crew if you are in need of a new roof.

  Had a great experience with RoofLine Xperts! We had a leak that we did not know if it was coming from our roof or upstairs bathroom and they were able to come out with a few hours of me calling them and they were able figure out the problem and came up with an inexpensive fix! It was a quick turn around to get his crew out there and get the job done. When they came not only did they fix the leak the left my entire property looking better then they found it. We I asked them to clean the roof of leaves and debris I didn't expect them to clean my skylight windows and blow and rake leaves from my porch, yard and driveway but they did! I could not recommend them more!

  ***** is truly an expert in his field. My home was damaged from a heavy windy storm and I was seeking for roofing repair companies. I called couple companies and some quoted me outrageous repair cost. ***** returned my inquiry, him and his crew took a look at the damage and assess the condition. He put on a temporary tarp to stop further damage and gave me a very reasonable quote. Since the damage was caused by Mother Nature. He also helped me with preparing the report for the insurance company for claim. Even though the insurance process took some time but ***** was patience and understanding.I followed his expertise and helpful advice. The job was fast and professional. I would highly recommend ***** due to his professionalism and knowledgeable in the business.

  Simply wonderful to work with, and went to bat with my insurance to get me all I was *********** due to storm damage. It took 2 insurance company adjuster inspections to get it done, due to *****' persistence that it be done right!!

  My Wife and I had storm damage (Heavy rain and wind) to our residence this year 2023. This storm caused multiple leaks in our roof, which came through our sheetrock in multiple rooms of our house. When asking friends who we should call, they referred us to Roofline Experts of ** from whom they knew of the owner personally. They stated his professionalism along with the quality of work would be superior to other roofing companies. I figured I had nothing to lose so I gave ***** ********************** a call. He immediately scheduled an appointment with me the following day. He arrived ahead of the appointment and introduced himself to which I showed and explained the problem. Mr. ********************** went onto the roof and located the problem areas. He came down and explained the reasons why I was having these problems. I explained to him this was my first time ever having to file an insurance claim on my homeowners. He then went into great detail of how this process would work and what i needed to do. Mr. ********************** then put temporary tarps on my house until the insurance adjuster could get out to look at it and to prevent further damage. At this point I hired Mr. ********************** and his company to do the work because he demonstrated he had my best interest. The repairs he made on the inside of the house were phenomenal, you couldnt tell there had been sheetrock damage.We sure are glad we met Mr. ********************** and his company Roofline Experts of **. If you are looking for superior work, honesty, and the BEST customer service, look no further! Mr. ********************** went above and beyond our expectations with his work and quality. He navigated us through a difficult and stressful time. If you think by chance your insurance company is on your side think again! Mr. ********************** has the knowledge and expertise to deal with all your insurance headaches regarding your roofing needs.
