    I left 3 pairs of pants & 1 blouse at this dry cleaners 11/10/2023. I attempted to pick up these clothes initially on 12/1/2023 & was told by ******** (employee) that the clothing was missing & had probably been misplaced but should would find them & to come back the following week. I returned 12/15/23 & ****** was disrespectful & rude & told me the clothes had already been picked up. I explained that I had not picked them up & informed him about my conversation with ********. He told me she should not have told me the clothing had been misplaced. He told me he would need to check the cameras in the store & needed time to do that. He said he would call me when he looked at the cameras. I followed up 12/19/23 & again, he was rude & told me he needed more time. He told me if I couldn't wait for him to check the cameras to let him know how much the clothes were worth & call him back. 10 minutes later, ******** called & said they could give me $50. I told her that wasn't even half of what one of the pieces cost. Not only are they rude & disrespectful, they didn't apologize or offer any kind of compensation above the $50 which was an insult. I am 61 years ******* believe this is an elder customer scam.
