      I had went and got a refrigerator for Future appliances I had lease it through Snap pay on 12-7-2022 for ******** I was having problems of food going bad in the Refrigerator so I call frigidiare I went through the process of register it and didnt have know problem with it So Frigidiare sent out advance appliance to repair it while it was still under warranty so advance came out a couple of times but then they said the couldnt work on the appliance because the sticker with the model number and serial number thats located in the refigerator wasnt there so Frigidiare and Advance appliance said the refrigerator was scrape and they shouldnt sold it, So I contact Future appliances and they said they could have someone come out and fix it for $180 and the guy came out and fix and its still doing the same thing I just wont my money back. It just put me in a bind were i cant put no food in there without it freezing so Future Said an sticker came with the paper work but i didnt see no stick im just asking for my money back i have documents from everyone thats apart of this 111

                               On 12-07-2021 a customer with the name of *************************** came to purchase a refrigerator through our financing program.  Model Number: FRSS2323ABO AND SERIAL NUMBER : **********, Stainless steel side by side whirlpool refrigerator.  When ******* Purchased this refrigerator it was stated to him verbally and physically on receipt that he has a 30- day warranty with Future Appliances and a 1 year warranty with the manufacturer. At this date and time it has passed both manufacturer and retailers warranty. When *************************** reached out to us on 12-13-2022 We helped him as much as we could. We came out and changed the part he requested to get changed that the manufacturer couldn't change for him. We provided him with a written invoice that stated no Refund.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      They sold the refrigerator knowing that the serial number wasnt located inside of the refrigerator so that was the reason Frigidaire couldnt work on it and I dont have no receipt I just got a text message with a picture she agree to give me a refund but when my wife talking to the lady so wasnt being disrespectful or unappreciated

      the woman thought she was and got an attitude
