      Lux Spa advertises a "SATISFACTION GUARANTEED," "WARRANTY." If for any reason you are not satisfied" "we will make it right!" For a "full year."Unfortunately, that was not the case for me. In short, I purchased a lamp from this company based on their "satisfaction guarantee". They've done anything but. This entire unprofessional process was unnecessarily long & drawn out. Taking over 3 weeks for Lux Spa Shop to reluctantly agree, to do an exchange and charge me for the return shipping on a defective, still under warranty item. In the end, I had no confidence in further dealings with this company, and just purchased another lamp elsewhere. Customer service is clearly not a priority at Lux Spa. The "yr" "SATISFACTION GUARANTEED" is a false advertising ploy. Detailed long version, as follows. On 1/13/2024, 40 days after receiving a lamp I purchased from Lux Spa Shop on 12/3/23, the lamp got stuck on one setting and would not budge (there are 3 settings). I & asked to exchange this defective lamp. *** said they would report my case & get back to me. I never heard back. On 1/18/2024 I reached, again. I was sent a quote of the Lux "change of heart" return policy. As if I'd "changed my mind". This exchange was NOT a change of heart. I shared texted screenshots from 1/13/2024. I reminded Lux of their "warranty", again. *** said that the lamp was not "currently" in stock & that they would later contact me and "send me" a new lamp with a label. Great! I didn't hear back. On 2/7/24, I reached out, again. This agent was ****. Would not honor the return process initiated previously. Without explanation or acknowledgement. Saying the return shipping, was my responsibility, and that they needed to "check" the lamp was "ok"1st. But, the lamp is DEFECTIVE! Hence, the return. What a headache!!! I expressed how wholly "unsatisfied" & disappointed I was with the run around they were giving me. With a "full yr" "WARRANTY", this return should've been simple, smooth & easy. Weeks ago!
